Matters Of The Heart: Leading While Bleeding ~ Grief and Joy In Ministry” hosted by Elder Randy and Dr. Wanda Prince. This is our first ministry event together as husband and wife. Scripture reference for the event is, Romans 12: 3-9 (NLT) with a focus on the later part of verse 8: {If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously}. Though we have some topics to discuss, we always allow the Holy Spirit to flow freely, and the program is subject to change.

What does “Leading While Bleeding” mean? It is an Apostle, Bishop, Prophet, Elder, Evangelist, Pastor, Pastor’s Wife, Minister, Deacon, etc… who continues to guide, counsel, and serve a congregation while carrying deep hidden personal pain, trauma, sickness, betrayal, or exhaustion. The leader preaches, visits the sick, or coordinates events with a smile and a calm exterior while dealing with severe family crises, depression, financial stress, or health issues behind closed doors. A leader is continuously giving spiritual and emotional energy to others without having a safe space to receive care, rest, or healing themselves. The “private” life of a leader must match what they say and do in “public!!!!!”
