Pause & Notice: A Nature Trail (That Counts)Join Capture & Calm Walks CIC for a community friendly Nature Trail starting from Signol Community Centre.
This gentle session explores the small adjustments we make.
The session is inspired by The Pig Who… (And That Counts) series of books, which explore small, everyday adjustments with warmth and humour.
Nature adjusts.
We adjust.
That counts.
£2 per person or £5 per family.

All money raised from taking part goes directly back into supporting our community wellbeing activities.
Please come to Signol Community Centre at the start of the session to collect your trail sheet. If you prefer, the trail can also be sent electronically.
Everyone is welcome to take part in the trail and reflection activities.
During the session you can
• Follow Olive’s Nature Trail around the surrounding green space
• Pause and notice something different at each Olive stop
• Take a photo and share it on the public Capture Facebook page
• Return to Signol for a small “That Count’s” gift when you complete the trail
Capture Women’s Reflection Space
Running throughout the session inside Signol, there will be a dedicated women only Capture reflection table.
Women are welcome to visit while others are on the trail or at any point during the session.
• Add a note to The Strength No One Sees community board
• Share a quiet strength anonymously
• Take a moment to pause and connect
• No pressure to talk, just come as you are
This is a gentle wellbeing session rather than a support group. We can signpost to local support if needed.

• Space to sit, chat and connect
Important information
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.
If sharing photos, please only post images you are happy to make public and avoid including identifiable images of other children. If we would like to reshare your photo, we will always ask first.
