It's been a while, but the Rutland Troubador will be making a triumphant return to Great Easton on August 2nd to play a house concert celebrating the release of his new album, 'The Good And The Bad Of It'. This is Paul’s fourth album, containing 10 songs that cover a range of emotions and topics – love, death, mental health, among them – but the overall tone is life-affirming.
And a Paul McClure gig is nothing if not life-affirming, and anyone who has seen him live before knows that the audience is as much a part of the show as the musicians.
Talking of musicians, Paul will be joined by Thure Johansen on guitar and multi-instrumentalist Jon Read (The Specials/Project Blackbird) on upright bass, making this a talent-packed trio.
