Local historian Patton Graham will present “The Development of Marion’s North Main Street Area.” This program will explore how one of Marion’s most prominent areas evolved over time, highlighting the people, homes, and changes that shaped the neighborhood.
A special highlight of the presentation will be rare historical video footage, including never-before-seen film documenting the destruction of the historic Graystone Manor as well as the relocation of several large homes in the area. These remarkable images provide a unique visual look at a transformative period in Marion’s local history.
