Starting at 5:30 pm the event kicks off with a trained pilates class for all levels. Everyone from a complete rookie to an experienced pro can come and have fun on the patio of the Dudley Tower overlooking the beautiful Wisconsin River.
After you work up a thirst, a choice craft beverage,from Tower Cafe, is included with your registration. And we mean choice beverage. Choose from a real fruit smoothie with protein, a refreshing iced latte, or a great refresher! Or anything else you can think of!!
