Dr. Tejal Gandhi
Dr. Tejal Gandhi is a recognized thought leader in the industry. In her current role, Dr. Gandhi is responsible for advancing the Zero Harm movement, improving patient and workforce safety, and developing innovative health care transformation strategies. In addition, Dr. Gandhi is leading the Press Ganey Equity Partnership to advance equity in health care.

Steve Kreiser:
Steve has more than 35 years of experience improving safety and reliability in naval operations, military and commercial aviation and healthcare. During his 15 years at Press Ganey, he has worked with hundreds of hospitals and outpatient facilities to improve patient safety, safety culture, leadership accountability, cause analysis and peer review.
