Pathways to Wellness 2026 is a free community wellness and back-to-school event for families in East Saint Paul with children in grades K–12.
Join us for a day focused on school readiness, family wellness, and community connection. Families will have access to community resources, wellness information, youth and family support services, and back-to-school resources in a welcoming environment.

This event is free and open to the community. Registration is encouraged.

Please Note: Due to limited supplies and high demand, only one registration per household is permitted. A maximum of four backpacks will be distributed per family while supplies last. Children must be present to receive backpacks and school supplies.

Pathways to Wellness 2026 Community Wellness & Back-to-School Initiative
Info: Pathways to Wellness 2026 will feature a full day of community wellness programming from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The event will begin with opening remarks, community acknowledgment, sponsor and partner recognition, and an overview of available resources and services. Throughout the day, attendees will have access to continuous health screenings including blood pressure, BMI, and diabetes risk assessments, along with Community Health Worker consultations, referrals, youth and family activities, and community resource navigation. Educational wellness workshops will be offered in 50-minute sessions beginning every hour, creating ongoing opportunities for learning, engagement, and connection for families and community members.
