Let’s invite more ease and flow. Let’s rebuild and integrate our body, heart and mind. Let’s awake our soul after a long working week.
Here, in this beautiful studio, right at the River Spree, you can deepen the connection to yourself, to your relations and the world around you.
During each session, we invite and embrace everything that arises and what you bring with you, including moments of moving out of connection and a moment of moving deeper into connection.

Through our biology, we are wired for connection. Depending on the state we are in, we long to connect to ourselves, to another person, to a group, or even to connect to something bigger than us – spirit, magic, or energy.
During this Sunday’s Open Floor Lab we come together to play, dance, and rebuild our pathways of connection through the wisdom and intelligence of our bodies.
OPEN FLOOR is a somatic and movement meditation practice – physical, sensual, pleasurable and rich in knowledge. It brings self-awareness, mindfulness, and purpose to life. It helps us to reconnect with the wisdom of our body and heart. It deepens the connection to yourself, your relationships and the world around you.
Open Floor integrates therapeutic, creative and spiritual approaches with free movement.
For who those classes are designed:
for those who are thirsty to connect with oneself or others, who want to feel accepted, understood and inspired. And for those of you who want to rebuild yourself, relax, satisfy the need for flow and togetherness, to feel one’s body better and get free from the stories of your mind.
What can you expect:
lightness, freedom, movement, sense of refreshment. You will probably meet yourself from a new perspective. Maybe you will appreciate something new in yourself.
You may experience the rebuilding power of empathy for yourself and others around you, a surge of energy and an increased sense of creativity.
What will you receive:
You will relax and take home a sense of well-being – a better foundation, new ideas, a fresh look at yourself. Each class will give you a new resource to support you in your next week and every daily life.

FACILITATOR:
Tamara Romaniuk - Open Floor Movement Facilitator, Somatic Coach & Consultant, Artist and Trainer of Mindfulness.
She completed the Power of Awareness training from the University of California-Berkeley, Greater Good Science Center and ATI and training in HP für psychotherapy at the Christoph Mahr Institute in Berlin. She also trained with top experts in modern psychology and neuroscience such as Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, Bessel van der Kolk and Tara Brach, on topics such as the treatment of trauma and pain of abandonment.
She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and had the good fortune to go through Gestalt Awareness Study, which inspired her further activities and became the practice of her life.
Earlier, more than a decade ago, she established the Local Heroes company in Poland to promote creativity, individuality, and entrepreneurship. It was her answer to globalization.
She is now living in Berlin, where she combines all her skills and years of experience to offer an alternative way of being in our world.
She leads Open Floor workshops, movement classes and individual sessions online and in person.
She also works as a consultant for organizations bringing awareness of other qualities in management and relational skills based on our unique human capabilities. She is passionate about creative expression, the source of our creativity and the power of life.
