Description: Kaylon Paterson will share insights from his personal experiences founding and leading Paterson Aerospace Systems. He will talk about the company’s strategy to bring environmental consciousness to the aerospace industry and build a future where space exploration is sustainable, emission free, and safe for everyone and their assets. He will mention opportunities to grow the aerospace industry in CNY and will discuss recent challenges he has faced and how he overcame those challenges. More generally, Kaylon will talk about the traits that all entrepreneurs need to be successful, and how he developed those traits. This presentation is part of the Entrepreneurship at SUNY Poly Lecture Series hosted by the Center for Business and Applied Ethics.
