About this Event

Pasture takes place for one night only on Wednesday, May 20 from 6:00–8:30pm and celebrates Le Beurre Bordier through a four-course dinner inspired by Brittany’s coastline, spring pasture, and the small rituals of French dining.

Hand-crafted in Brittany and beloved by chefs around the world, Bordier is known for its exceptional cultured butter and imaginative seasonal flavors — from seaweed and buckwheat to lemon olive oil.

The evening begins with a simple amuse of Bordier demi-sel served with fruit and crisp crackers before moving into oysters bathed in seaweed butter, a warm raclette galette layered with jambon and herbs, and a communal Roscoff onion fondue built for dipping. Dessert closes with lemon and olive oil cake featuring Bordier’s citrus butter alongside our Bordier gelato — available exclusively at Wedgewood.

Each course will be paired with wines from neighboring Loire Valley, France, selected in partnership with Authentiq Vin to reflect the coastal, mineral, and pastoral elements of the menu.

This is our ode to spring’s richest flavors: fresh pasture, coastal air, and very good butter.
Your $135 ticket includes a four-course dinner, welcome amuse-bouche, and four curated Loire Valley wine pairings. Tax and gratuity also included.
