Grab your favorite bottle of wine, roll up your sleeves, and come spend an evening with us at the tavola. This is not a cooking demonstration. This is a hands-on, flour-on-your-hands, laugh-out-loud ravioli-making experience, and you are going to love every minute of it.
We open with a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting, where Pino — our farmer's son, straight from the groves of Calabria — walks you through the bold, buttery, and beautifully peppery world of real EVOO. He will tell you things about olive oil, about Southern Italian food culture, and about the ancient traditions behind what you are tasting that will genuinely change the way you cook. While you sip and taste, you'll graze on a spread of Italian delicacies Pino has hand-crafted for the evening, because around here, no one sits down to an empty table.
No experience required. Seriously. We have had complete beginners walk out of here beaming.
And you won't leave empty-handed. Every guest takes home a complete meal, because that's simply how we do things.
