Join us for a hands-on 3-hour pasta-making experience where you'll learn the fundamentals of traditional Italian pasta making from scratch. Whether you're a complete beginner or a home cook looking to refine your skills, this interactive workshop will guide you through every step of the process.

During the class, you'll learn how to mix and knead 2 types of fresh pasta dough ( hand-cut and machine roll), proper portions, roll and shape it, and transform it into beautiful handmade pasta. We'll also prepare a simple, seasonal sauce that we can enjoy together.

Throughout the evening, Andrea Mastrandrea and Nancy Giovanazzo will share techniques, tips, and insights into Italian culinary traditions, helping you build confidence to recreate everything at home.
