Tutto Pronto Pasta Class with Chef Adam: Spaghetti alla Carbonara

Join Chef Adam at our Leaside Pasta Shop and learn to make one of the most iconic pasta dishes of all, spaghetti all carbonara, prepared in the classic style with just eggs, guanciale and pecorino romano. Via his Instagram account @adamattemptsitalian, Adam explores the vast and colourful world of traditional Italian ingredients and recipes. His classes are known for being fun, welcoming and accessiblly informative.

This super engaging, hands-on class is held in person, where you'll get to shape and create delicious pasta like a pro. Whether you're a total beginner or just want to brush up on your skills, this is the perfect spot to get your hands doughy and your taste buds happy.

What to expect: Each ticket includes a bowl of pasta, a glass of wine and an entertaining, informative class. Come behind the counter and hang out in a relaxed kitchen environment and have a blast with us.
