Pasta Sauce, From Scratch

Learning how to make your own pasta sauces from scratch can create deliciously surprising results and is fun and easy! 
 Join Chef Jaclyn Beckmann, one of the culinary masterminds behind L'OCA's Gourmet Meals, for a hands-on pasta sauce workshop that will not only empower you to master basic sauces, but also inspire you to develop your own unique and exciting flavour combinations. 

 In Pasta Sauce, From Scratch, you'll first learn how to taste each ingredient individually, then experiment by combining different flavours to create your own unique sauce recipes. 

 You'll gain a valuable understanding of how flavour work together, allowing you to confidently build delicious and creative sauces time and time again at home. 

 A welcome glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class. 

 Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating. 

 Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.  
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment. 

Refunds are only available for cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to the class.
