Honouring Brigid in Song & Ritual
Join Gaelic singer and songwriter Sine McKenna for an Imbolc ceremony February 1st 2025.
Time: 1pm-9pm
Includes traditional Gaelic songs, story and ceremomy followed by a shared celebratory feast (potluck style) and sacred fire.
We are happy to welcome Since to Edmonton from Ottawa to share her knowledge and gifts of the Gaelic language and culture in honour of Imbolc.
Sine is blessed with parents devoted to the cultural legacy of their forebears, of Irish and Scots Gaelic heritage. Sine holds a well of ancestral wisdom that she shares with the world through story and song and has been doing so for over 35 years.
Join Sine on February 1st to honour the Celtic Goddess Brigid and celebrate Imbolc, the halfway mark between Winter and Spring.
This one day workshop will include an afternoon of story, song and crafting, followed by an evening of a traditional shared feast and ceremony, including a sacred fire.
The full day workshop is sliding scale $100-$125
