Come try a Strong & Steady class, with a focus on energy, balance, strength and flexibility that's open to any ability level.

Stick around after the class for a presentation from Strathcona County Emergency Services. Learn why you need an emergency kit, what to include in the kit and how the kit can be used beyond natural disasters.
All participants must pre-register. Cost included with the Active Pass+ or with facility admission.
