Come join us for a LIMITED SEATS, delicious journey through the "Pasta traditions of Calabria, Abruzzo, and Puglia" at ISTITUTO MONDO ITALIANO - Centro di cultura italiana.

Walk thru memory lane, hearing stories of the shepherds who transmitted these traditions from region to region and then, the immigrants from Italy brought them to the United States. Maybe you even grew up seeing your "nonni" making them.

This is a full hands-on class. After making the pasta, we will enjoy the fruit of our labor, eating together.
