Pasta for Lovers

My name is Angela, (LaLa to my family) and my love for pasta began at home. I grew up in an Italian-American home where the kitchen was the heart of everything—a place for gathering, storytelling, and connecting over food.

During Covid, with time to slow down and reconnect with what mattered most, I began teaching myself the art of fresh pasta. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more. As I shared my pasta-making journey online, friends, family, and eventually teams began asking me to show them how to do it too.

That’s how my pasta company was born. Today, I host elevated, hands-on pasta experiences designed to bring people together in a meaningful and memorable way. Whether I’m working with corporate teams, private groups, or intimate gatherings, my classes are about more than learning a skill—they’re about collaboration, laughter, and connection.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that food has the power to unite us. Through pasta, I create space for people to slow down, work with their hands, and gather around the table—because the most meaningful moments are always made together.

During this class, you and your partner will enjoy learning the art of pasta making. Containers are provided for you to take your pasta home and each couple will receive a jar of Delgrosso pasta sauce.
