Happy Galentine's Day!! Wear your best pink, red or white attire and bring your bffls to this Friday Pop Up Pilates Class! Join Ashley for this Pilates Reformer class.
Stick around after class and make your own flower bouquets to take home! Flowers and arranging tips are from Wild Briar Blooms. You can pay them directly on-site, based on the flowers you choose. $25-$30 Beautiful bouquets.
Class fee is included in your registration fee with us, regular rates apply, but the flowers will be paid for separately the night of the event.
This class is geared towards the client who has developed confidence in the beginner class or has used a Pilates Reformer before and is able to safely adjust the equipment at the direction of the instructor and has a good understanding of the fundamental exercises and possible modifications they may need. The class will be a more choreographed group of exercises to create flow from one exercise to the next with emphasis on increasing the challenge and scope of exercises. Prior Pilates experience or completion of beginner classes is preferred.
