Step into the heart of Italian culinary tradition with this elevated, hands-on pasta class. Designed as an immersive educational experience, the class blends classical technique, cultural history, and thoughtful instruction to reveal the foundations of Italy’s most iconic dishes. Participants will explore traditional pasta shapes, understand their purpose and regional significance, and practice essential methods through guided, tactile learning. Hosted within the Kitchen Technique educational forum, the mission is to educate with intention, empower through technique, and celebrate the art of pasta with elegance, confidence, and genuine enjoyment.
Tickets are $70 each. Doors open at 5:30 PM, class begins at 6:00. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
