Leader-She Executive Cohort

Leader-She: Executive Cohort: Designed exclusively for women in top leadership roles, this cohort is a strategic, high-trust space to sharpen decision-making, expand influence, and navigate the unique challenges of leading at the highest level. Through peer-to-peer dialogue, advanced leadership tools, and identity-based growth strategies, participants will explore who they need to become to drive impact in their organizations, communities, and industries. This experience blends strategic thinking with personal evolution—helping executive leaders lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.

A 9-month leadership experience for women executives, meeting 3 hours each month with curated readings between sessions. This high-trust cohort blends advanced leadership tools, peer dialogue, and identity-based growth strategies to help participants expand influence, lead with clarity, and create lasting impact.

Dates: Either the first or second Thursday of the month, from 9:00AM-12:00PM, depending on the month. The dates are as follows:
