Grace Community Pantry

Serving women and children in the Chippewa Valley

The Grace Community Pantry provides household, hygiene, and baby items to women and children in need. There are no income requirements. These free items are available on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.

How It Works

• 🕕 Registration opens two Sundays before distribution.
• 🕖 Registration closes on Monday at 4PM the week of pantry distribution (2 days before).
• 🧾 Once registered, your submission cannot be altered, but you may cancel at any time.
• 📦 Items are available only during the designated pick-up time listed on your registration form. Other arrangements cannot be made.
• You must cancel your pick-up at least 36 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.
• No show policy: Registrants who miss two pantry pickups with two penalties will be placed on a three-month hold before being eligible to register again. You may earn a penalty by cancelling within 36 hours of your pick up time or no showing.
• If you choose more than the amount of items allowed per category, the items will be selected for you at random.

• The pantry is donation-based and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Products may vary depending on donations.
• No guarantees can be made for specific brands, special requests, or consistent product availability.
• If a product is unavailable, a similar substitution will be made when possible. If the product you chose becomes unavailable, we will substitute for a similar item to the best of our ability. Please note: we cannot guarantee specific brands, special requests, or consistent availability.
