Pasta Class and Dinner with Adam: Spaghetti Alla Chitarra

Join Chef Adam at our Leaside Pasta Shop for a fun, hands-on pasta class and dinner. For this class, Chef Adam will teach you how to make the the large square spaghetti of abruzzo using the traditional wooden pasta guitar. Via his Instagram account @adamattemptsitalian, Adam explores the vast and colourful world of traditional Italian ingredients and recipes. His classes are known for being fun, welcoming and accessiblly informative.

This super engaging, hands-on class is held in person, where you'll get to roll, shape, and create delicious pasta like a pro. Whether you're a total beginner or just want to brush up on your skills, this is the perfect spot to get your hands doughy and your taste buds happy.

What to Expect: Each ticket includes a bowl of pasta, a glass of wine and a hands on lesson where you will make your own pasta. Come behind the counter and hang out in a relaxed kitchen environment and have a blast with us.
