THE SCHED:

3:00pm – Doors Open

• Late afternoon light, gentle music, cozy winter vibes
• Guests can co-work, sip tea, explore Roof Garden, settle in

5:00pm – Hands-On Pasta Workshop

• Each workshop features a new pasta shape and method
• Sauce is simple, delicious, easy to execute
• Chef Jen leads the programming along with special guest chefs and co-hosts

7:00pm – Communal Dinner

• Pasta is cooked and served tableside in the Cauldron
• Seasonal salad + griddled garlic sourdough + something sweet along the harvest table
• A choice of expertly paired wine is offered
• We live love laugh for about 1.5 hours

8:30pm – Wrap-Up

• Guests leave nourished and inspired with leftovers and a recipe card in hand :)
