The Passion WOD is more than just a CrossFit workout. It’s more than testing your own physical fitness. It is a reflection. It is an act of worship. It is honoring our Savior, Jesus, who endured more pain and suffering than we can imagine, died on the cross for our sins, and conquered death by resurrecting back to life. All so we could live in complete freedom.Anyone and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend our event this Saturday at @crossfitindiana at 9am. This workout can be modified to accommodate where you are at in your fitness. As a reminder, this event is free. Bring your friends and/or family, we would love to see you out there!
