The Arc of Indiana County and CrossFit Indiana are proud to partner in launching Abilities in Motion, a new adaptive fitness program designed to empower athletes of all abilities through functional fitness.This program is about more than exercise. It’s about inclusion, confidence, and building a healthier, more connected community.
