Live entertainment, freedom rides with the WMSR for $17.76. Help as we bury a time capsule and plant the Liberty Tree. Stroll through the art and photography on the plaza of the Western MD Railway Station. Take a carriage ride downtown and enjoy the day. If course fireworks will end the night with a bang!
