Hosted by PASCO, Colorado Alliance for Health Equity and Practice (CAHEP) and Filipino Nurses Association of Colorado.A FREE Community Health Fair on Sunday, November 2 from 1-4pm MST at Knights of Columbus (13645 E Bayaud Ave)! The first 20 attendees will get a free blood draw!
Health services offered:
- FREE dental, vision, hearing, and mental health screenings!
- On site finger stick lab test - $15 for Cholesterol (LDL, HDL, Triglyceride)
- Glucose Blood Draw (tests will be sent out — results in 3 days)- $45 for Cholesterol (LDL, HDL, Triglyceride), CBC, Complete Metabolic Panel, Liver Panel and HgA1C
*** For men: additional $5.00 to add PSA level ***
In addition, join PASCO in casting votes for our Board of Directors from 11am-2pm in the smaller room!
