Party Venues are often busy on weekends, that’s why we always recommend to book in advance! To secure your booking, please follow these steps:

1. Check the availability in the Party Venue Calendar for your preferred rooms.
2. If your preferred room is available, fill out the Venue Hire Booking Form and send it to [email protected]
3. If your preferred room is not available on your chosen date, please call us at 99222299, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Once we receive your venue hire booking form, we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days.

There is free parking at The North Sydney Council Car Park (Weekends only).

For those relying on public transport, the nearest bus stops are located at the corner of Miller & Ridge Streets and Pacific Highway. Additionally, the closest train station is Victoria Cross Station, with an exit available via Miller St.

All booking cancellations must be received IN WRITING to the Venue Coordinator.

No Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. In the event of a cancellation by the hirer, a percentage of the full booking charges will be forfeited as follows:

• No notice given and not appearing on the hire date: 100% of the fee is forfeited.
• Between 3 to 7 working days before the hire date: 70% of the full fee is forfeited, and 30% is refunded.
• More than 7 days before the hire date: Only the 30% non-refundable deposit is forfeited, and you will not be charged the remaining amount owed for your venue booking.
