Together, you’ll explore strength, flexibility, and alignment while deepening your bond through mindful movement and playful collaboration. Whether with a friend, partner, or new circle member, this workshop creates space for connection, laughter, and mutual empowerment on and off the mat. $20.80 investment per person.
