Deepen your yoga practice - with a partner!🧘♀️🧘♂️Join us for a fun and rejuvenating partner yoga workshop led by Bea Porter!
In partner yoga, you will learn to assist each other into proper alignment and deeper stretches while also providing support to get into poses harder to achieve on your own.
This partner class is a great opportunity to introduce someone to yoga (no experience required) or simply a chance to have fun trying something different with a friend.
Expect lots of laughter, deep stretches, and a chance to connect on a whole new level.
Bea, specially trained in partner and somatic yoga, will guide you through 90 minutes of restorative stretchy poses designed to relax, refresh, and bond.
Come with your bestie, a loved one, or on your own - no partner required.
