Come Walk with Me: Connecting with the Heartbeat of Nature

Summer offers a wonderful opportunity to unwind, ponder, and reconnect with the natural world. As an educator who invests so much energy in my students throughout the school year, I cherish the summer months as a chance to replenish my own spirit, often seeking peace in outdoor spaces. This summer, I'm thrilled to announce a special series: the Observation Nature Walk, happening every other Sunday from June 23 to August 18.

Each session of this five-part series will revolve around a unique theme, inviting participants to delve into meaningful topics such as gratitude, empowerment, and joyfulness as we embark on a leisurely stroll through nature's wonders. The experience will culminate with a moment of serene meditation accompanied by the soothing sounds of our resonating sound bowls, creating an atmosphere of tranquility to round off our uplifting nature walk.
