You bring a partner & we will bring the FUN!!!
Great for partners, mom/daughter date, or BFF's. Join us for a 2 hour immersive workshop into partner stretch & acro yoga!
We will work through a range of stretches for hips, spine, & shoulders. You will learn how to modify the stretch for your body to get the most of each stretch. We will utilize our breath to open up our range of motion & get the deepest stretch we can.
After stretching we will dive into the acro world! This practice is beginner friendly & introduces yoga to acrobatics. You will learn alignment & technique behind poses all while having fun.
This workshop is beginner friendly & every body is welcome.
The cost is $25 per group & we have space for 10 groups. At registration please only register 1 person.
