Give your yoga practice a new perspective with this Intro to Inversions Workshop! In this 2 hour immersive workshop we will dive deep into the foundations of the most common inversions & arm balances you see. This workshop will offer a combination of strength-building warmups, mobility training, mindset transformation, & you guessed it, INVERSIONS! We will break down each pose which will make anyone want to fly!
Your current level of strength. experience, and flexibility are irrelevant. This workshop really is for everyone!

What is an inversion?
Inversion orientations - Belly up, down, sideways
Poses we will work on:
Down Dog
Dolphin
Crow
Bridge
Wheel
Shoulder Stand
Plow
Head Stand
Hand Stand
We will use several tools to assist us in our comfort with getting upside down - including yoga wheels, feet up trainers, & aerial hammocks.
Please bring a mat, water, and an open mind!
