Have you ever wondered how to play Himalayan bowls for meditation and self soothing? I’m offering an hour and a half class where you will learn the techniques to bring the beautiful vibrations and sounds into your home .
There is something special about simply picking up a bowl , playing it or tapping it with a wooden mallet and feeling it resonance fill the space.
Join me at my studio for this in person class.
The cost is $15 for the class and if you choose to purchase a bowl you will receive a 10% discount.
