Join us for Parkinson’s In Motion, a FREE interactive wellness event designed to empower individuals with Parkinson’s disease through movement-based activities and expert insights.

Featuring dynamic activity stations and talks from leading specialists, the event aims to promote mobility, community engagement, and holistic well-being.

FREE parking available via FitSport Kinetics parking lot and on-street parking

Event Schedule:

• 12:00 PM – Doors Open
• 12:30 PM – Welcome
• 12:45 PM – Participants rotate through activity stations (15 -minute sessions)
• 2:45 PM – Raffle prize announcements
• 3:00 PM – Event concludes
