ParkBathe stroll in Crystal Palace Park for Summer Solstice

ParkBathe is a green health project providing mindful walks and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of ALL people (and especially who might not normally engage in wellness activities).

ParkBathe uses aspect of forest bathing, forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)

The 1 hr guided sessions consist of small groups (max 12 people) in Crystal Palace Park.

* We recommend wearing warm layers, socks and waterproofs as we walk slowly. We DO go out in the rain !

These sessions are offered free with the option to DONATE. We ask you to pause a moment before you book and consider if you can afford a donation ticket today. Donating allows us to continue providing these walks to those who cannot afford to pay.

MEETING PLACE: We meet inside the park at the Sydenham Gate entrance a 10 min walk from the Thicket Rd car park & Information Centre. There is a small car park at Sydenham Gate. . or https://w3w.co/pushy.alert.neon

CITIZEN SCIENCE:

Over the last year we have taken over 400 people on walks and collected a wealth of health data. These results are currently being published in two papers.
