Family Walk & Farm Adventure

• Meeting Point: Entrance of Victoria Leisure Centre (NG1 1DB)
• Route: A gentle stroll through Victoria Park over to Stonebridge City Farm. (Farm entry is free; voluntary donations to support their work are welcome!)

This relaxed morning is designed for parents and young people to connect, soak in nature, and share some quality time together. To make the day extra special, every family will take home a small souvenir to remember the occasion!

About the Host & Impact

We are a Nottingham-based social enterprise dedicated to helping young people (ages 11-18) transform screen time into purposeful personal growth. By focusing on early intervention and daily guided practice, we help youth (especially neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing social anxiety or isolation) build resilience, confidence, and real-world connection.

How Our Ecosystem Works

• Digital Skill-Building: A secure online platform offering small, daily steps for mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, and social skill development.
• Nottingham Youth Leaders Programme: A real-world pathway where young people apply their confidence by co-designing and co-hosting local community events.
• Parents' Wellbeing Programme: A parallel support network for families featuring cozy local meetups (coffee mornings, gentle walks), Nottingham event signposting, and a private WhatsApp community for daily peer support.

Together, these initiatives ensure both young people and their families have the continuous support needed to thrive in our local community.
