Parents + Pals (ages 0-5)

Spend the afternoon with Cassidy for Parents + Pals, a 60-minute yoga class designed for caregivers and their little ones. Class will provide a nurturing space for movement, mindfulness and fun.
This Parents + Pals class is open to caregivers of all experience levels and their children (ages 0-5). Attendees can expect to move through gentle yoga poses, playful interactions and a few bonding activities. Bring your baby along and everything else for class is included!
