Parents and Caregivers Support Group

Are you a burned out caregiver or parent looking for some support? Are you drained physically and emotionally and not sure how to take care of yourself while needing to care for others? 

You are not alone!

This support group is just for you!

The community is here to support you on this journey so that you can do the best you can for those that depend on you. 

This group is led by Lynda Strong a trauma and addiction recovery coach intuitive reiki practitioner and sound healer. She is a parent of a child with high needs as well as a former teacher and caregiver. She has walked the walk and is here to help guide you on your journey through this collaborative experience.

During these meetings we will witness each other with time to reflect and share (with no crosstalk) and be able to help support each other as we navigate the many frustrations and hurdles that are a part of parenting and caregiving.  

We will have time to reflect and share and also will engage in activities such as meditation movement or art that will support you on this journey. 

Caregivers and parents often don't take the time to take care of themselves and the result is burnout. This community is here to help us create space and support so that you are able to move forward in your role on this journey.

The investment for this support group is $15. You can reserve your spot ahead of time with venmo paypal or square ($3 fee applies). Cash is accepted at the door.
