Paddle Board Yoga on Pewaukee Lake

On Sunday, July 7 at 10:30am, join us for a SUP Yoga class at Paddle Pewaukee.

If you've never tried this before, do not be intimidated! I promise, it's fun!

We will meet at the dock where the staff will help size you up to your paddle and get you set up on your board. They will provide a life jacket for you as well. ​

We'll paddle as a group out to a small island in the lake where the water is calmer and we can "anchor" using a dumbbell attached to a cord on our boards. That way, we can all float in the general vicinity while enjoying our practice.Most people wear a swimsuit, or shorts and a t-shirt. Yes, people do occasionally fall in (and sometimes they jump in intentionally to cool off), but it's no big deal and party of the fun. We'll be at a depth where you'll be able to stand and also won't hurt yourself if you do take a dip.

All participants should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and get set up with your board. You will be required to sign a waiver with Paddle Pewaukee.

We'll begin paddling out to the island promptly at 10:30am and I'll have you back to the dock by about 11:45am.

Space is limited to the first 12 attendees, and advance payment is required to reserve your space. Refunds are only provided in the event of event cancellation.
