Parenting with Purpose: A Workshop for Connection and Growth

Join Honeybee OT and Grounded Roots OT on Saturday, March 8, from 1:00–4:00 PM for an engaging, supportive workshop designed to help parents foster deeper connections and create a more harmonious home environment.

This workshop will feature two interactive, discussion-based sessions led by experienced pediatric occupational therapists:

🌱 Self-Regulation & Co-Regulation: Learn how to support your child’s emotional development and cultivate co-regulation strategies to promote calm and connection within the family.

🌟 Creating Smooth Routines: Discover practical strategies for building flexible, family-friendly routines that set everyone up for daily success and reduce stress.

Parents will have opportunities to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others navigating similar journeys.

Whether you’re seeking new insights or a space to reflect, this workshop will empower you with tools to enhance family dynamics and build a thriving foundation.

Location: Art House La Crosse, 1232 Caledonia St., La Crosse, WI

Cost: $30 per individual, $50 per pair (parents or parent pals)
