This two-hour workshop will support your growth, no matter if you're new to yoga or an experienced yogi craving a refresh! Participants will receive information for Sun Salutation A, a common sequence of postures in most vinyasa flow classes, along with time and space to break things down and flow on the mat. Feel more confident and connected to yourself through greater understanding of breathing and how to effectively personalize postures (with or without props) to make them work for you. This workshop will be co-led by Kat and our current cohort of Yoga Teacher Trainees. Come learn, move, connect, reflect, and grow in a supportive environment!
