In this engaging and insightful workshop, you'll explore parenting through the 4 Lenses, a proven framework that helps individuals better understand personalities, communication styles, and motivations within the family dynamic. Using the 4 Lenses curriculum, participants will identify their own personality type and discover how different "lenses" affect parenting approaches, expectations, and reactions. By learning to see your child—and yourself—through multiple perspectives, you'll strengthen your ability to communicate, connect, and guide with empathy and effectiveness.
