Join us Thursday, March 19th at 7PM for our exclusive Filibuster Whiskey Dinner featuring curated food pairings and welcome bubbles on arrival!

🥂 Greeting bubbles begin at 6:30 PM
🥃 Dinner & guided tasting begins at 7:00 PM (concludes at 8:30 PM)

Hosted in an intimate setting, this guided pairing experience is limited to 20 guests.

Enjoy four distinctive Filibuster whiskey expressions, each served as a 4½ oz pour and thoughtfully paired with a chef-crafted course.

Filibuster “The Boondoggler”
Finished in multiple wine casks including Sherry, offering layered fruit and rich depth.
Pairing: Pear salad with arugula, whipped goat cheese, and drunken walnuts.

Filibuster “Persian Gold”
Finished with saffron and rose for a warm, aromatic, floral character.
Pairing: Caribbean chicken with saffron rice and avocado salsa.

Filibuster “Kyoto Mist”
Finished in a barrel with lime and shishito pepper, delivering bright citrus and subtle heat.
Pairing: Filet tips with blistered shishito peppers, red peppers, and lime cream sauce.

Filibuster “Agni Barrel”
Finished in a heavily charred barrel to impart bold spice and deep complexity.
Pairing: A curated selection of local chocolates. 🥃
