Parenting Support Group

We know that motherhood has its share of hard times. That's why we’ve designed this group to guide you through challenging and puzzling moments of parenthood. Join Audrey Newmont, mother of three and grandmother to one, Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Practitioner, and Co-Owner of Newmont Center, and Mika Shoemaker, she is a mother of two and a stepmom to two as well, Emotional Alchemy Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator. Also, this is an opportunity to draw from the power of a community of mothers to get support in our weekly groups on Tuesdays at 9:15 am.

We will share parenting principles that will support your own style that is unique and right for you and your family, and guidance on how to gain enough energy to follow through on the things you know to do!

Topics that we will cover are:
