Agenda:

9:30 am - Guests arrive and enjoy a welcoming tea, setting the tone for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.

10:00 am - Cannabis and Breathwork Session – An immersive two-hour experience designed for deep introspection, emotional release, and stress relief.

12:00 pm - Integration Artwork – A creative activity to reflect and capture insights from the session.

12:30 pm - Gourmet Organic Lunch – Savor a delicious meal prepared by our skilled French chef, designed to nourish both body and soul.

1:30 pm - Holistic Bodywork and Relaxation – Dive into a group bodywork session, unwind in the sauna, and soak in the soothing hot tub, all accompanied by relaxing music. Enjoy outdoor time to connect with nature.

3:45 pm - Ecstatic Dance – Let loose and express yourself freely in a dynamic dance session.

4:15 pm - Integration Sharing Circle – A reflective gathering to share experiences and insights, culminating in a collective sense of community and personal growth.

5:00 pm: Closing – Conclude the retreat with gratitude, leaving guests feeling renewed and deeply connected.

Meet Your Facilitators

Monica Nieto

Monica is a devoted mother, wife, and passionate healer with a deep love for nature. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she pursued higher education in the US, earning a Master's in Psychology and an M.A. in International Affairs during her time in France. Her journey includes training in the Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic program with Daniel MacQueen at the Center of Medicinal Mindfulness and completing the Vital Psychedelic Therapies and Integration program from Psychedelics Today. Monica's profound connection with medicinal plants has been crucial to her own healing journey, inspiring her to dedicate herself to facilitating transformative experiences for others.

Carolina Davalos

Carolina is a loving mother and wife with deep roots in Mexico City, possessing extensive experience in quantum meditation, energy work, and various modalities of psychedelics and plant medicine. Influenced by her anthropologist mother, she has developed a profound connection with indigenous healers and spiritual practices. Excelling as an administrator and coordinator, Carolina harmonizes her deep understanding of metaphysical and energy-healing techniques with efficient organizational skills. She is dedicated to guiding individuals toward inner peace and joy, offering transformative experiences that emphasize true healing and profound transformation from within.

Rachel Rettman

Rachel began her Pilates teacher training in Los Angeles in early 2008 and was certified through the prestigious Body Arts and Science International (BASI) comprehensive Pilates teacher training program at the start of 2009. In addition to being a proud BASI Pilates instructor, Rachel is also a Certified Personal Trainer (2012) and Fitness Nutritionist (2014) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is a Certified Consulting Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists (2019) as well as a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner (2020). Rachel holds a number of additional fitness and wellness certifications and sub-specialties, and with 14 years of professional wellness experience has had the pleasure and privilege to work with a wide range of bodies, minds and spirits in all states of development.
