Who we are:
PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) is a school-based, volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, school administrators, and community members who are dedicated to child advocacy and improving the school experience for all students.
What we do:
PTAs organize fundraising activities to support educational, social, and cultural programs, provide family engagement programs, and offer members opportunities to connect with the school and each other. The term "PTA" is reserved for organizations formally affiliated with the National Parent-Teacher Association, which provides resources, training, and support to its member units across the country.
