Parent/Guardian Meeting for Marching Band Are you the parent or guardian of a student new to marching band or color guard? Join us for an informative evening to help you and your student prepare for an amazing experience with The Sound of Brownsburg!
This meeting is directed towards ALL parents of marching band members for the 1st segment of the meeting. The second segment is for parents BRAND NEW to the marching band/guard. Experienced parents are encouraged to stick around for the second segment of the meeting. However, it is NOT required.
This meeting will take place at 6:30 in the high school band room. Please enter the building through Door 6.
📅 When: Monday, March 17, 2025
🕡 Time: 6:30-8:00 PM
📍 Where: BHS Band Room (Enter through Door 6 on the west side. Volunteers and signs will guide you!)
This meeting is designed for parents and guardians of members to:
✅ Answer questions
✅ Explain policies and expectations
✅ Provide a clear overview of what to expect as part of the marching band family
While the meeting is directed toward parents and guardians, students are encouraged to attend as well.
