Parent Carer Well-Being: Mother Nature Circles

Run by a parent-carer who is also a trained Mother Nature Circle facilitator, this session will give you a little time to breathe, reflect and connect, in the company of other parents who truly understand this journey.

The Mother Nature Circles are designed to help you explore the mothering journey, using some beautiful cards for reflection and listening exercises, journaling and time to chat (and of course there will be cake and tea!)
